RoofCraft did an excellent job in replacing our roof. It was done in just a few days and in a very professional manner. When also had some gutters replaced at the same time to help with an ice dam situation.

This is the best roofing company that I have ever had. They provide a transferal warranty if you sell your house. They not only provide the roofing, but got to bat with the insurance if the house, fence, decks or anything else has hail damage and get it all coordinated for you. They did that for me on my own home and rental. I also am a real estate agent and they have done several of my listings. You won't be disappointed. If there is anything you are not satisfied with, they will come back and take care of it, including painting, etc.

Denied Full Claim | Feb 2016 | Denied a Full Claim by Insurance carrier, TWICE! Insurance company only offered for "repair", we settled a FULL roof replacement, Full house painting, gutters, screens, AC unit, decks re-finished. To top all that off, the insurance agent changed their policy without homeowners knowledge to an ACV policy, which means they we depreciate the roof based on age and there is not recoverable depreciation (as most policies are). We didn't take no for an answer. Homeowner is a school teacher and had enough stress with that to deal with, didn't need to deal with insurance non-sense....that's our job. | $25k | Colorado Springs, CO
Downtown Colorado Springs | Jan 2016 | Major hail storm hit downtown in May 2014. Roof was completely destroyed along with siding, paint, gutters, sheds, decks. Original insurance estimate 27800.00, by the time we correctly settled this claim and restoration of this home, final settlement was 51,600.00. There were many code upgrades and lead based paint. Look at these pictures before and after. | $52k | Colorado Springs, CO
North of Falcon - Off Meridian Road | Dec 2015 | Nobody really knew this area in Falcon had hail damage. But we did! This roof had significant hail damage to roof, gutters and trim. We were able to handle the entire claim process while the homeowners lived out of town. We even assisted in color choices, we sent them pictures, kept them informed and completed this project quickly. | $19k | Peyton, CO
ACV policy - Now what do I do? | Nov 2015 | Customer had severe roof damage and had an ACV policy, Original insurance estimate was 17,000.00, we didn't agree with adjusters report. Called insurance adjuster back to the property, they agreed they missed a lot (see pictures, how do you miss this?). They sure did, the insurance company missed a lot, but we know what to look for. When it was all said and done we settled with $55,000.00, homeowner had us do majority of the work. We fight for every dollar you should have coming to you legally. You may be insured, but be sure you know "What" is actually insured, it could surprise you. We have excellent insurance agents we can refer to you, who explain those details, so you are not surprised when a claim comes. Because it's too late at that point. | $37k | Colorado Springs, CO
Selling House - Need New Roof ASAP | Jun 2015 | Customers were selling their house and buyers wanted shingles replaced. We inspected, found hail damage, not just repair. Instead of $13,000 out of pocket for the new roof to sell the house, we got the insurance company to pay for it, minus the deductible. The project had less that 2 weeks before closing and we still had a claim to settle before we can even move forward. We adjusted the claim, in the rain with the adjuster, settled with the insurance company in 3 days, home sold on time. NO issues. | $14k | Colorado Springs, CO
Shopping Around for Lowest Bid | Jun 2015 | Customer is looking for the lowest bid. After a 15 minute conversation at their garage sale they were having, I shared it's not about price! What did I mean? Insurance companies want you to get the lowest bid, not a care in the world if the roof is installed right (new flashing, pipe jacks, heat stack caps, starter strips, Ice and Water shield, etc), no they want you to shop. But did you know YOU CHOOSE who you wish to work with and the insurance company MUST work with them. Customers didn't realize this and much more. They signed up with RoofCraft and we exceeded the expectations. This roof was installed with all new flashing, pipe jacks, drip edge, heat caps, starter strips...everything done as the manufacturer requires. We don't take shortcuts just because insurance companies want to take shortcuts...we do it right 100% of the time and if it's an insurance claim...they pay for it. | $15k | Colorado Springs, CO |
