About Us Millersburg Valley Landscaping is a growing family-owned and operated company. Owned by Evan and Tamara Tennenbaum, they got their start in St. Louis, Missouri. Evan in 1985 with a landscape company that focused primarily on residential landscaping. In 1990, he took a position as the head groundskeeper of a 124-unit condominium complex. In 1997, he and Tamara moved to the Columbia area to a small community, Millersburg Missouri. In 2003, Evan started Millersburg Valley Landscaping (MVL). He grew the business so successfully he needed full-time help. That's when Tamara stopped working at MU and started working with Evan full time in 2009. In 2012, our daughter, Tiffany Pierce joined the company full time. Since that time we now employee five full time and one part-time workers. We retain a high percentage of our customer base with our maintenance programs. MVL provides a complete landscape solution offering design and installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
