Swift has completed multiple projects for us, all a little different. We've done a new roof and gutters, a kitchen renovation, a bathroom renovation, and smaller custom projects like replacing doors and sinks and some other smaller exterior projects, as well. We always love the way everything turns out and we trust the quality of the work completely.

Swift is everything you could ever want in a contractor. They are: Honest. I never ever worried about them being in our home when we were not there. They even took care of our pets. Reliable. They come when they say they will. Friendly. The whole team is so much fun. They became like family to us. Detail oriented. Terry is very detail driven and wants everything done to perfection. If something is not done perfectly, he will have his team redo it until it is perfect, without additional cost to the homeowner. Neat and tidy. At the end of each day, everything is completely cleaned and all the tools are put away. Communicate. The team has a meeting every morning to discuss the tasks for the day so everyone knows what they need to accomplish that day. Swift was very good at letting us know how things were going, making sure we were happy with what was done so far, and taking the time to listen to us. Peace of mind. Swift may not be your lowest bid, but you can be sure everything will be done right the first time. Swift is awesome! Over the years, we have had Swift build a screened porch (which we love) and small deck, completely remodel the upstairs bathrooms, completely remodel the kitchen and main level and add crown molding and new trim throughout the house. Swift replaced all of our old the windows and lowered our electric bills significantly. Walls were removed in bathrooms, kitchen and dining rooms were reconfigured to make a more open setting. The old brick fireplace was removed and a gas fireplace installed. Terry did an amazing job of designing the framing of the fireplace. We tried explaining our project vision to two contractors but we were unable to share the same views. Terry with Swift Companies saw the screened porch we envisioned through our eyes. The crew did so well with our porch we retained them many more times to remodel much of our home. Their work is professional, efficient, reflects state-of-the-art materials and the crew takes great pride in exceeding our expectations. We've received many compliments on the work and this sun porch is now our favorite place.
