PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! from Roy Sumlin Fix It Heating & Air I am a home investor and was referred to him to fix 2 ac units in my duplex and replace a complete system in my other property day 1 and 2 was good, one unit needed a air handler and he found one and bought it for me, then my nightmare started, he never brought back the air handler to install, the other house he brought a unit his guys installed what they could do and I have been waiting for Roy to complete the rest and all he do is lie and make up excuses on why he didn't make it, he took my money and continue to take on more jobs instead of completing my job, I have lost a potential tenant because of this, I had ppl reach out to this man and he refused to do anything. Last conversation we had was that he was forcing my hand to take him to court and he replied ok see you in court so that will be my part 2 of this once I go file a suit against this him and his buisness. Again trust me when I say STAY AWAY FROM ROY!!! Unless you want to be stressed out during the process.
