Billed us for work that was never completed.

I unfortunately had a very bad and frustrating experience with Rob. While replacing an outdoor spigot, Rob caused a pipe inside my basement to become disconnected by stepping on the spigot outside. This resulted in a ton of water spilling into my basement for 5-10 minutes without realizing. It was all over the floor and also spraying up into the wood joists. Rob agreed to do the right thing and pay for a third party company to come in and provide fans/dehumidifiers to mitigate any water damage and/or mold damage. However, since providing Rob the invoice for these services with the third party, he has not responded to my texts, calls, emails, or FB messages. After verbally committing to pay for the mitigation of damage that was due to his mistake, he has reneged and will not even give the common courtesy of a return message.

Very bad experience. Rob Lynskey, the owner operator, charged me for work that I later found he did not do. When I talked to him, he completely lied, claiming that he did the work. I checked his record in the Franklin County court system online and see that he has issues. I recommend that you avoid this business and go somewhere else.
