Carriage Trade Realty was founded over 25 years ago and has a proven track record serving Historic Neighborhoods as well as Greater Central Ohio. Ken Wilcox turned his hobby of home restoration into a career in Real Estate, joining Carriage Trade in 2006. Working with buyers and sellers, he facilitates Residential and Investment property transactions throughout Central Ohio. He is a long-term volunteer with The Olde Towne East Neighborhood Association and is a former President of the organization.
