Please do not hire aaron cowans. Owner of 1st choice renew LLC formally known as cowans home improvement and 1st pick home improvement. Aaron will rip you off. Please search his name in Franklin county clerk of courts and you will see all the lawsuits against him including the 162k lawsuit against aaron by Ohio attorney general. Aaron takes people money and doesn’t do the work or does really shoddy work. Read the lawsuits and do not hire him.
