I made the mistake of hiring Monte Smith Designs. I had to terminate him due to the fact that none of his drawings complied with the property owners association restrictions.

Clearly he is not the smartest of buisness people. I have given reviews on multiple sites. So farThe average number of viewings is 80 for each. He has tried pad his review numbers to decrease my standing on his review list. My review is still the first one seen.
