BIG DREAM KITCHEN & BATHROOMS REMODELING

Big Nightmare, We hired Matheus Nobrega DBA Big Dream to remodel our bathrooms it was not a Big Dream but a Big Nightmare. Matao the owner was polite and had references, he came over and was eager to bid on the job. We hired him and he started demo work, demo complete and work started on the remodel Matao took a job redoing a local restaurant’s bathrooms disappearing for about four plus weeks leaving his helper to lay the foundation for the new walk-in shower as well as the other work. We found out seven months later the MBR shower pan was improperly installed and was leaking and the bench he built (outside the shower pan) also was leaking. During the whole remodel project he would occasionally show up to do one or two things then disappear for days. The upstairs shower though usable has no slope to the floor and must be squeegeed to get all the water off the floor. I had to have another company come in demo and rebuild the shower and another to float, retexture and paint the walls in all three bathrooms. I would unequivocally NOT recommend Matao DBA as Big Dream for any work!
