You want words, well you got words. I originally left blank to preserve the “integrity” of the company however after receiving a complaint of my un-worded one star review I’d be happy to oblige. First and far most, I originally rated this company 5 stars a year ago and nothing was said about that at the time. I moved it to 1 star because of a good reason and needless to say I have a right to review this company like everyone else. Aside from the fact that my husband and my husbands father (Master Plumber) worked here and had nothing but bad things to say, a family friend of mine in Conroe Tx did business with this company and we found out he was extremely screwed over in the upmost lack of integrity. The employee's are good, however, this is the most dishonest company in the area. Yeah been in business for awhile, but the owner and the "Manager" are a complete joke. They charge customers for items that they didn't use, work that was not done, they purposely create damage so work is needed, they charge parts on invoices for other customer's jobs, they treat their employee's horribly and coming from an HR Standpoint could be shut down immediately. The good ratings are because of the employee's not the company, if the customers knew what they were doing behind their backs, there would be no good reviews. Reported to the BBB, TWC, and Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners just to add to the pile of complaints currently outstanding. Good luck keeping "your" company up and running Devin.
