Four Corners Plumbing

JR (owner) had to come out for 3 days to fix for us an impossible stoppage. Between him & Kristi, they got AHS to cover everything that needed to be done!!! We are disabled seniors & he worked HARD for us!!! He finally had to replace the drainpipe in the wall due to cement-like blockage, and stayed to make sure it all worked properly!! We have kept his contact info & if we ever need a plumber again, HE will be the first one we call!!! THANK YOU JR!!!

Out of many of the repair companies I have ever used this one has to be the worst. First of all, I've never experienced company answering a call with just "hello" without identifying their company. Secondly, they sent a 3rd party company out to respond to my warranty claim. A week or so after the work was completed another problem surfaced, and when I called I was told that he would schedule someone to take a look at my problem, and was asked to text him my address. After a week passed and not one called or showed up I texted again with nor response. As of this day (4 weeks 3 weeks later) I have not heard back from them. I know that this is the company's review website and know that there is a risk of this review being removed. So I will submit it to the BBB as well.
