My Whirlpool wall oven was under warranty, and Whirlpool gave the repair work to this company. When they arrived, they had not been told it was warranty work. They complained about the low amount that Whirlpool pays them for warranty work. They determined that the oven needed a part that they were going to have to order. About a week passed and they texted me on a Friday and said that the part was in and they could do the repair the following Wed or Thurs morning or afternoon. I said that it was up to them, so they selected Wednesday morning from 9 to 12. Around 8:00 am on that Wednesday, they texted me and said that had other jobs to do and wanted me to reschedule for 2 days later. So, they had obviously made other appointments after our appointment was made and now they wanted to bump me for the other appointments, probably non-warranty work. I called them and said that I wanted them to keep the appointment. They said that they would try to. They didn't show and didn't call. Then there were 4 more working days were I called them and left messages and I texted. They didn't respond to any of that. This is not an honest, professional way to do business. I called Whirlpool back and they scheduled someone else. Even if you have non-warranty work so that they can get a big fat payday, I would not use this company. If they are unprofessional in one way, they probably are in other ways as well.
