Unlimited Impact & Construction was founded by Robert Gutierrez who came up with the idea of unifying elite tradesmen under one roof. During the success of Florida Land Use Consultants Inc. (Florida's premier Permit and licensing Acquisitions Firm.) is where the idea for Unlimited Impact & Construction spawned. While at the top of the permit & license acquisitions business Robert realized the natural transition to construction was imminent; however with a twist. U.I.C. was founded on the principle of having elite professionals gathered under one roof to make the process easier and faster to complete job-sites at the most competitive price point by uniting the best tradesmen in their fields. Now with hundreds of years' combined experience in all aspects of the construction trade Unlimited Impact & Construction has formed and elite group of contractors, Architects, Engineers and installation craftsmen from across the globe to form one unified construction company. With the grand success of Florida Land Use Consultants all permit acquisitions jobs have become U.I.C. clients as well resulting in U.I.C. contracting with Lowe's, Donald Trump Doral Golf Resort & Spa and just to name two. From roofing to floors and everything in-between our service and quality are unmatched.
