DH fence & remodeling

I needed a fence installed for my home, I contacted home advisor. I was then contacted by DH fence and remodeling. The salesman Mark Reed contacted me and came to my home and gave me an estimate of $5,300 for the construction I was informed I needed to provide $2800 deposite, I the wrote and gave him deposit. I was informed by Mark Reed that the fence would be installed in two weeks it’s been nearly a month now I am unable to reach the owner David Hahn or his assistant Mark Reed my check was cashed by the company two days after they received it from me. I have contacted Law enforcement this company is now being charged with theft. I will spend my last dollar to ensure these criminals never hurt or take advantage of anyone again.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER!!! I was screwed over by him and am now finding out he has been doing this for months!! He will get people to sign up for repairs/remodels, makes us sign a contract and pay 50% up front (stupid me for agreeing to it) and then he's been making excuses and selling the jobs to random people who aren't professional fence installers/remodelers. He refuses to refund the money even though in the contract it says '...any changes to the contract have to be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.' I never agreed to him selling my job off to anyone else. If you've fallen into this trap with him please message me directly and let try to figure out how to bring this guy to justice. Too many people are falling for his scam. I found him on Home Advisor and have opened a case against him with them.
