Green Planet Corp

On September 20, 2021 I hired Green Planet Corp to remove a palm tree and trim 3 palms. Unfortunately, I paid them while they were working but before they finished the job. I had already been quoted by 2 other companies to do the job and Green Planet Corp was $10 less and they said they could do the job immediately. I checked them out, got references from a neighbor and hired them. After they left I noticed that they hadn’t trimmed my 3 palms. I wasn’t concerned because it was late when they left and I knew they would be back to finish my neighbors trees. I contacted them today to remind them the trees weren’t trimmed and the Regional Sales Manager Franz Cyriac said that there had been a misunderstanding and he thought I wanted to wait on the trimming of the palms. He then quoted me $250 for trimming them!!! I’ve had them trimmed every year and I’ve never paid over $100. I told him the price was too high and I felt his company was being unfair. He didn’t care. I made a mistake hiring the company without a written contract but it was such a small job I never imagined they would rip me off and not complete it. I know that there is nothing I can do legally without a contract but I do want to make sure my neighbors are warned about them and their business practices.

I contacted Green Planet to remove a tree in the back of my house by the pool. They arrived yesterday and despite the fact that it was raining, they got to work and cut the tree down without any problems. Kosta was really good at making sure that the tree limbs or trunk did not cause any damage to the pool deck or to the neighbor's property when he cut the tree down. When they finished the job, Andrew and Lorenzo swept the area of any debris. Today another crew arrived to grind the stump. I would recommend Green Planet without any reservations and will call them again if I have a similar project.

I recently hired Green Planet to remove 10 large Royal Palm trees from my backyard. Each tree was 30-40 feet tall and access to my backyard is very limited. Sergey determined that the best and safest way to do the job would be to use a crane and bring the trees out over the house. Needless to say, I was very nervous but within a matter of days, Sergey had made all the arrangements. On the designate day Sergey and his crew arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. Everyone on the crew was very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. They went right to work and by the end of the day the project was complete and the area all cleaned up. I am so impressed with Sergey and his Green Planet crew. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Green Planet Corp to do a challenging project in our back yard! We called several companies but no luck, either we received a skyrocketed price or companies didn’t want to do it at all. Green Planet spent 2 days removing a large tree! They had all the equipment, crane, cherry picker and chippers. We are very happy with their service! If anyone is looking for a professional company, this is definitely the one!
