My business dates back to 2006. I started in simple remodeling projects and grew to major remodeling, rebuilds fire restoration. Though still remodeling I have begun shifting to handyman services.

Charles Miller is responsive, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. At the beginning of our project we agreed on a price that was lower than his competitors and was to be completed in 3-4 months. However, the project ended up taking 8 months to complete costing me rental revenue around $10k. Chuck was also very sloppy in his finishing work. After he left I had to rehang fixtures and knobs, a cabinet door, as well as a barn door. He left trim in the rain that got ruined. He got wall texture on my fan, heating unit, and w/d. He broke a shower door and I paid to replace it. He denies this was his fault even though it was in his hands when it broke. He ran out of materials and verbally agreed to reimburse me for the cost, but he did not. While he did complete more than initially bid, there were still many things that did not get completed as per our agreement. He was in the process of leaving the state and said he would get everything done on the last "day". There was more than a day's worth of work to be done and I had had it. I paid a different contractor to finish the last bit so I could move in and begin getting revenue I so badly relied on. Chuck is good at framing, woodworking, painting, drywall, electrical, and flooring.

Chuck and his crew are not only good at their work but professional too! There are no surprises and you always know what's coming your way. Chuck took a very challenging project, my remodel of a shabby remodel, and turned it into a gem! Prices are reasonable and straight forward! He introduced himself to my neighbors so they knew who was coming and going, the neighbors appreciated that immensely!
