MG Pools LLC

We are currently having MG pools build us an indoor 35,000 gallon pool for a our new location. In the beginning they were great! I was able to reach them or leave a message and get a response quickly. As for the install of the shell they were less than advertised. Even though we went and picked out the coping and tile at the location they sent us they did not order the requested materials. This caused us to have to chose different material because what we wanted would have to be made and they did not order it in time for us to keep on schedule. For billing they were told to give an itemized list. They sent a flat rate for the first payment. When asked about it they agreed to list out the billing as required by the bank. This however took 3 days for them to get to us. All the while they stoped all work on the project. Sense the project started they have been nothing but a headache to get in contact with. It takes days to weeks to reach out to them. We had to threaten to drop them and use another company in order to get them to contact us. The communication was better for a while but now we are going through the same problems. We are looking for this project to be completed in the next 10 days and we have not been able to reach them for the last week. This project was projected to end 4 weeks ago. I will update this review once I have a final finished project. MG Pools seriously lacks in the communication department with there clients and with the General Contractor of our facility so to insure that this project is completed on time.

Got my pool re-plastered and nothing but exceptional work and finish!
