"The one of a kind builder for your one of a kind home" Rion Homes has been building in North Carolina and the Lake Norman area for 15 years. Our "one of a kind" custom homes have ranged from $200,000 to $900,000. With special requests from existing clients and their friends, we ventured into remodeling and addition projects in 2002 and have established a niche updating and expanding older homes around the lake. Our renovation projects range from $8,000 to $350,000. Rion Homes has received recognition for a number of our projects: 2012 Best New Home under $375,000 & Best Bath Renovation 2010 & 2011 Best of the Lake First Place. Whole House Renovation $176,000 - 275,000 2011 Excellence in Remodeling. Honorable Mention 2009 Excellence in Remodeling Gold.
