Jim Thomas Maintenance is a Roof Gutter & Downspout Cleaning Service We also do moss removal from roofs we use stiff brooms wire brushes and rakes to remove the moss we make sure all of the moss is off then we go over the roof with a 200 miles per hour backpack blower after that we clean out all the gutters and flush out all the downspouts then we get out are sprayers and treat the roof with moss kill we also do power washing sometimes we power wash roofs to remove the moss but we mostly power wash exterior surfaces like vinly siding and stuco walls we power wash decks and fences to remove moss we power wash sidewalks walkways porches driveways we have 4 powerful machines to do the job we make sure that the surfaces that we power wash are real clean and we make sure all the debris is cleaned up after we are done. We also wash windows in side and out sometimes when we power wash a house we will clean the windows too. We take off all the screens and power wash them lightly to get off all the dirt and dust then we will clean the window tracks and frames after the windows dry we put back all the screens
