Owens Plumbing was used for our house that we were in the process of buying. We needed work done to meet the appraisal and to get our mortgage approved. They were all very nice guys but they failed to finish the job. The plumbing was repaired after the freeze last year but they did not patch the walls after tearing them out and did not replace the toilets correctly by not bolting them down. They also took the line from the HVAC pump that drains the moisture and put it into the washer drain which is unacceptable.Just drill a hole in the wall and put it into that so it vents outside! Then after putting the water heater on an 18 inch riser they installed a vent pipe at full length which is about four feet above the roof. It only needs to be about 6 inches.Who does that? Just being lazy that they did not want to cut it at the required height? I have to repair everything that they did not finish.

Conncierge Elizabeth gave me the name of two plumbing companies; I called Owen to install a Bosch dishwasher, 800 series, Serial SHE68T56UC02, Model FD940700356. After a 2-day delay, Kelly and David appeared to install the dishwasher. They said they had never installed a Bosch dishwasher before, but they had removed many. The opening for the dishwasher was ready. They had to provide the water supply line, but the electrical cord and the drain hose were at hand. It took 3 hours for the two men to install the dishwasher, and I was charged $30.00 for parts, labor $438.25, $2.48 for tax, a total of $471.23. I felt that this charge was too much, and I am sorry I called Owen Plumbing.
