New Construction with Spray Foam Roof

Owner wanted to increase the number of fruit storage rooms in the new tilt-up building, so chose to have a lightweight spray foam roof installed. To meet the owners requirements, 5 inches were sprayed on the exterior of the roof and a coating system installed over the foam. Benefits: Additional 4,000 bins of apples (over the same facility with a membrane roof), no leaks, no air leak through, larger storage rooms
