This is the worst company ever I got my solar panels and they lie about the government incentives joe is a liar don't trust anything he says. Now I am stuck with a debt with hero because they said I will get $8500 back when I file my taxes and I can use that to pay hero back and that is not true that is only a credit you can use if you owe money to federal. In my case I never have to pay taxes to federal so that money will be there and it can't be use to pay for my panels. He is such a liar he lies so easily and don't care in fixing the problems. Plus I got this panels last December and until now solar system haven't turn on my service. Who knows why. Please be careful with this company I wish I would have known better. Now I am stuck with debt with hero.

My experience was next to none. from the beginning of the job to the end they were very professional. I will let them handle all my construction needs in the future.

This is by far the worst home improvement company I have ever used. They promise you the world and deliver sub par work. I had them put new windows, texcoat, new A/C, and solar panel. They showed up with the wrong windows on the day of installation, talked me into taking the incorrect windows in exchange for putting drywall in my garage, drywall still not finished 8 months later. Texcoat finish was terrible, missing coverage in several areas. Found a few new double pane windows with fingerprints inside the double pane that you cannot get too. They installed an AC unit that was too small for the house and also they installed 11 yr old units, which I did not find out until I had another AC company come out and see why the AC in my house was not working properly. They cut in new AC ducting to our bonus room on the back of the house and ran the duct work externally, and after our first heavy rain, we had water leaks everywhere in the bonus room, which caused water damage to the ceiling and walls. They sold me solar panels that were supposed to help with my electric bill, but my bill went up instead of down, due to the AC not working properly and always having to run it to cool the house down. Called Edison and they said with the panels they put up that it would only cover the electric usage of the 1 refrigerator. They have sent multiple so called supervisors out to the house to review the water damage, bad drywall, and AC but we are still waiting for the repairs to be done almost a year later. I signed off on the HERO paperwork before all the work was completed, based on their promises to fix all the issues and that they would never leave me hanging on outstanding work and that any repairs needed would always be fixed. Do not use this company, they talk a good game but are really bad at finishing a job and honoring what they say. "Update" yet a new supervisor or so called Quality Manager (Jason Stevens) called me 2 weeks ago and asked me to take my Yelp review down, and he assured me that all issues with the drywall water damage and A/C unit would be fixed. They sent out an AC expert and he recommended that the AC unit be replaced because it was undersized and that the duct work was done incorrectly. I was assured that the unit would be replaced, now I get a call that they are not replacing the AC unit and will only be putting tar around the ducts to prevent leaks. This company is a joke, I have already had a HERO program inspector at my residence this week and he took pictures of the AC unit and agreed that the unit they installed is undersized and would be reporting this back to HERO, and they will be getting involved immediately. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR WORD>>>
