Burgess Hauling Canceled our services because we complained about their services not informing us on the picked up day after a holiday, we made a complaint to the office, asking for a supervisor, we were told that someone will call us, no one called us back, On March 11th Burgess hauling Hauling came onto our property and took the garbage can without informing us. at first, when the trash can was gone I thought someone stole then the trash can, so I called the company the Burgess Hauling office, and asked if anyone pick the trash can up the woman in the office said that our service was canceled, I asked why and she said she was told to cancel because someone called angrily and wanted the service canceled. I informed her that I was present at the conversation and the person asked if they do not inform the customer about garbage pick-up when there is a holiday the person in the office said to go online, we further asked if we can be canceled, she said she has to speak to a supervisor and he out of office, we will get a called from him, no one called us back. Today when I went to the trash can it was gone thinking someone stole the trash can, which gave me a very uncomfortable, and fearful feeling that someone was on my property. I did call Burgess Hauling's office and asked if they came and took the trash can away, they said yes, I asked why the woman said she was told to cancel the service, being mindful they pick the trash up on Wednesday this week. I informed her, I would report this matter, she then laughed at me on the phone. I told her that it was rude and she kept on laughing. Horrible
