It didn’t go great. Nili and his staff are very relaxed on getting back to you. We spent a LARGE amount of money, in cash. We got a horrible attitude, and mediocre work. Let’s start with the back patio, this work started back in February. This was supposed to be a graded back patio away from the house so that water doesn’t build up against the bay window. This didn’t happen. He had to come out multiple times and it’s never been fixed. Multiple times he hasn’t answered his phone. Multiple times he has not fixed the problem HE created. Next is the retaining wall, he didn’t put gravel between the retaining blocks and the soil so now we have weeds (awesome job, could have done that ourself). After that, the steps with the nonexistent handrail that was supposed to be there. Yeah, that never got done. In the end, don’t hire him. He’s not trustworthy, he’s NOT worth the hassle, not worth the drama, and definitely not worth the money. Move on to the next company.
