Owner of company, Kenny Bray, gave estimate of 340 sq ft of repair for $1150. Workers repaired exactly 133 sq ft (per their measurements) and left several cracked/damaged pavers and a whole area of dislodged/loosened pavers. When questioned about repairs, Mr. Bray said the 340 sq ft was just an ‘estimate’ and the quote was really based on two men working eight hours each. Unfortunately, the two men did not begin work until 1:00 pm and had left by 6:00 pm, which is a bit short of 8 hours! Mr. Bray insisted I still owed the full amount. I paid it under threat from him and filed a complaint with the BBB to recoup payment for work his company did not do. His response to the BBB was full of lies and I provided irrefutable documentation to the BBB case showing his dishonesty. Do not believe anything that Kenny Bray says and do not trust him to touch anything you value.
