Do not use this handyman. I manage a Real Estate Company in Panama City Fl. He left town without completing several jobs that he was paid for. He owes us and our property owners hundreds of dollars for uncompleted repairs. He skipped town won't return calls and this company is not a licensed or active company with St. of Fl. Do not use his services.

Do NOT hire! The "contractor" did a horrendous job on my home. He used masking tape at the seams of the new carpet we had laid, got paint all over the brand new carpets, and ruined our new granite countertops and vanity. He didn't even fully complete the job which he initially quoted us a 6 day job which turned into 4 weeks. He brought his brother to help him and ended up standing on our new borns crib to paint the ceiling and broke it and decided not to tell us! Thankfully I found it before we paid him. He also broke our chandler and didn't tell us! They said they would replace it and never did! The take cigarette breaks every hour and don't care where they throw their cigarette butts. I picked up at least a full pack in my front lawn. They were never on time to the job. When they got here they would work for 2 hours and then take a 2 hour lunch. When they returned from lunch they didn't do any work except clean up their tools. If you don't care about the quality of the job and are looking for an amateur this is the company for you. Another warning....look up his name in Google and you can see his lengthy criminal record in public index (theft is a couple of the charges)!
