We hired Renovation Station to install new hardwood flooring in our bedrooms and remodel our bathroom and to make it more accessible. The floors are beautiful and the installation was flawless. The crew even put felt pads we provided under all our furniture pieces. For the bathroom, while our concept was great, owner John Peart and his team provided us with additional ideas that really added beauty and value. The construction team, from demolition to installation was kind and courteous. The project manager, Oscar Arita, went out of his way to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Our new bathroom is now a showpiece and we have received rave reviews from our friends! If you are looking for a reliable company for your renovation project, I recommend Renovation Station.

On April 18, 2016 our home flooded, along with more than 100 homes in our subdivision. Soon, companies were coming out of the woodwork to offer their remediation and restoration services. We were immediately confronted with a choice: expediency or quality. Would we try to get the job done quickly and minimize our discomfort or instead try to get the best contractor with respect to quality and innovation, which would perhaps require a longer wait time before the project could start or a longer construction time-line, resulting in more inconvenience. Fortunately, we went with the later, knowing full well that we would have to wait in line for the best-of-the-best, who always seem to have more business then they can say grace over. We waited for Crestwood Homes and Construction--a firm that already had a dozen signs out in the front yards of our neighbors, within the first two weeks of the flood. What did my neighbors know that we didn't? We would soon find out. John Peart, owner of the firm, met with my wife and I to discuss the particulars of our project and a detailed, line-item by line-item bid was soon given to us, so that we could determine which items to proceed with and which items needed to be eliminate, modified, or postpone to another day and time. It was comforting to have this measure of control, as well as to know in advance the scale of our project (six-figures) and its duration (12 weeks). Although Crestwood was not the lowest bidder, they did provide us with the best value proposition by far. With a project of this size, there are hundreds of decisions to be made in a short amount of time. The convenience of having Renovation Station just down the street made the selection process very convenient, but no less hectic! Given the number of decisions to be made, I am not sure how we would have had the time to make all our selections by going around the city--from store to store, vendor to vendor. Their interior decorator (Katie) was most helpful and a delight to work with during the selection process. The actual construction work was handled by competent professionals, who worked on our house as if it were their own. Although slight adjustments and modifications are a natural by-product of a project of this magnitude and scope, in the end everything was completed to exacting standards. The end result is a home that far exceeds our wildest dreams or imagination. John and April Peart are consummate professionals, who run a very tight ship. The rapid growth in their business is due to their strong customer-orientation and uncompromising quality standards. We loved working with Crestwood and Renovation Station. Our kitchen and master bath turned out better than I ever imagined. There were some glitches with material being backordered but John helped me find a new material that was immediately available! Their crews worked hard and were very respectful of our home! I would highly recommend them!
