I have a GE upright front door dryer. It began not to heat. I went to tearing it apart to find 'what I thought to be a bad part. Took it to Pates and she tested it. It was good. She said that it must be the plug. Well, she was dead on it. I put the part back in it, wiggled the plug a little and it took off heating. Now, if there is a better shop to take your appliances, I don't know where it is. Pates is right on with their diagnosis. I can't think of a time I was happier with a service company of any kind. Pates is the best.
