Have been a customer for over 2 years with 0 complaints. I'm ederly Even if I forget to take my trash down they still walk up and grab it. Excellent service overall!

For weeks Clayton Sanitation would leave a puddle of garbage juice/goo in front of my home. I was outside playing with my kids and here comes the garbage truck and garbage juice is shooting out onto the street its ALOT and it SMELLS . The man driving the truck doesn't care and doesn't say sorry or anything. So I call the office and in short was told there was nothing they would do about it. Sooo I posted pictures on their Facebook page hoping they would see Im not being ridiculous. So in turn they send a man I'm assuming the owner to my home at 7pm banging on my door with no warning. Doesn't introduce himself just puts money in my face and takes the trash cans and leaves. All I wanted was my garbage to be picked up without leaving sewage behind where my kids play. I don't think that's too much to ask.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Clayton Sanitation. They have had some issues with their truck lately but have never failed to pick up my trash. Will and Pam are good hard working people and try to give the best service possible. My husband and I had a garbage service for several years and I understand the struggles of trying to keep everything running smoothly and keeping customers happy. There is always someone who will complain about something. You can't please all the people all the time. I highly recommend this company, they are family owned and have very reasonable prices.

My husband and I used Clayton Sanitation for a little over a year. The first 3 months were a little rocky- very inconsistent pick up - and when it was mentioned to one of the owners it was because "we were new on their route". A little strange given that the lady who owned the house before us lived here for 17 years and used their services so this home was on their route for years. Over the year we had them our trash was forgotten about once or twice every few months- not horrible service, but could get a little bit annoying to have your trash can overflow because of a week being skipped here and there. We never called about it because we were trying to be understanding because it was a small family owned business that people make mistakes. Bring us up to present times- today we decided to cancel. We forgot that they pick up the trash a day late last week because of the 4th of July- this was our mistake for forgetting, however there are never any reminders from this company that your trash would get picked up a day or two late because of days that the dump is closed- dump closing dates are not typically on my calendar and without notice from the company of a pick up date changing my husband and I got a little annoyed. When I call to cancel that woman who is co-owner was very rude and when I told her we were canceling she told me that our can would be picked up, good luck with their competitors and then hung up on me. I called back because we technically owned them for half the month and I wanted to do right by them and then she informed me that "she didn't need our money". Fine- deal done. So, now our trash finally got picked up today and the guy left half of the trash that we had in our yard. Granted, it didn't fit in the trash can, however the only reason why it was overflowing was because we didn't get it picked up last week because they didn't tell us our pick up date was changing. We have now went with a larger company hoping for better results. We really wanted to support the home town companies, but this company gave us little faith to go on.
