Brown's Pools & Spas, founded in the 1970s, is a pool and spa specialist that offers Dallas swimming pool cleaning, swimming pool construction and other services. In November of 2013, they did a swimming pool project using a permit obtained from Douglas County, and they finished a swimming pool project in October 2012 in the Carmel neighborhood using a permit obtained from the same office.
