The owner personally evaluated my yard and set up the wrong treatment. I paid for two treatments and it did not help my problem. Now they are telling me they need to send a manager to reassess my treatment since the owner got it wrong. They also want me to pay to cancel since I do not want to keep spraying my yard with chemicals until they can figured out how to kill the common ant that every pest control in the world can solve on day one.

I left a negative review in reference to a technician. However I was able to reach out to the owner of the company and he immediately rectified the issue. So I am giving a 5 star based on the owners response and based on the services I received prior to the incident.
