My number one priority is to know when I finish a job that I put forward the absolute best that I could and make sure that my clients are completely satisfied with the completed task. I have worked multiple support roles with Service Desk, and Manager Service Providers allowing me to support a broad range of clientele, devices, and products. I don't cut corners and always strive to leave a situation in the best possible condition, operating efficiently with a professional quality appearance and feel. I like to be clear and upfront to avoid any future issues or miscommunication. With today’s technology issues can be resolved quickly and without interruption, or they may be more complex and involved requiring research and time. If I do not have the answer I will find it. I understand and respect that time is precious and try to avoid downtime and interruptions at all costs while keeping my clients up to date on the progress of my work.
