Healthy Duct HVAC Services

April: Installed A/C at good price. May: leaking from attic due to faulty install. Repairs made with mismatched paint and sloppy plaster job. I subsequently left an honest Yelp review. Woman on phone adamant about a faulty pump when the repair person told me the condensation collection tray was not level and was the cause. June: leaks again from attic after use. I am clearly upset at this point and make this known to woman on phone. We clearly don’t see eye to eye - she declares I am responsible for my own paint. They come out to fix and it is the exact same issue they failed not to do properly 2x. Complete incompetence. I don’t even want to ask them to do the paint or drywall fix. No call after repairs to address any damages. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Far from experts as stated on their uniforms. Just the worst experience I have ever had. I should have paid the extra $1-2k for a professional job with actual experienced installers and better communicators who know how to run a business.

Health Duct Cleaning was awesome to deal with, had an appt. with a different company that kept rescheduling our appt.
