They repaired my roof, gutters and Siding. Did a decent job but they do not stand behind their workmanship. Two of my neighbors also used them. They both had awful experiences. Haan construction was disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not pay attention to detail. Expect personality issues. A friend of mine also used them. They installed the wrong color gutters and they billed him for it! They are extremely slow to respond to issues. Buyer beware!

Woke up this morning to banging outside my house. I thought we were getting broken into. My kids came into the room crying because of all the noise. I look out my window and it's a bunch of roofers. None who speak English as the "boss" dumped them and left them to work. Banging non-stop all starting at 630 AM. Neighbors didn't let me know they were having roofing done. This business didn't let me know either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Project contract with Haan was to replace roof, siding, some windows, storm door, and shutters damaged by hail. Haan beat our door down wanting the work we checked reviews and agreed to let them perform repairs VI's contract signed March 6, 2017. Roof was replaced and leaked at first rain. Haan came out to make repairs for leak but did not finish nailing some shingles loose, flashing around roof vents not nailed or sealed etc. New siding was installed before windows were replaced and had to be removed for window install. Appearance of siding is severely bubbled multiple pieces multiple sides of house. Some shutters were replaced of which 2 shutters are the wrong size and installed, the more interesting and disturbing part is that haan purchased replacement shutters of which do not match existing shutters except for one window. The siding on the east side of house is not complete as at deck height the old siding and trim has been partially removed ( left still hanging ) with no siding replaced where this was removed. Generally speaking the quality of work is extremely poor with siding laps going opposite directions on same side of house, gaps in siding where the weather board shows, buckles and bulges at apparent on each side of the house. We created and Punch list of items to be addressed at the direction of Haan listing 70 concerns and provided to Haan. July came around and no action had been taken until one day Haan crew showed up to cobble some repairs at the specific direction of Jerry Haan, resulting in the shutter fiasco and no further work but demanding payment toward our total bill which we did pay $4000, and as of this wringing we are no sure what the balance is because the work is complete. We have filed claims with the BBB and the Iowa AG. Of course Haan disputed each of our concerns and has not corrected the concerns we have. I advise to stay away from Haan as Jerry Haan does rule the company with and iron fist and clearly does not care about the work quality being provided to his customer.
