On April 2nd. Rufus Love was asked for a survey. Throughout a period of a week, Rufus agreed to have a survey completed prior to April 25th. A week later, Rufus quoted a cost that was 3x higher than any other quote given. Immediately after, I inquired sure why the cost so high. Days later it was agreed to a price in line with other surveyors. April 20th came around, I inquired for an update from Rufus. No response. Over th next several days, emails were sent, phone calls were made, voicemails left, no response. May 2nd. Called the phone number for the company hourly. Mfinally got an answer.... first was hung up on. Called again, got ahold of Rufus finally.... he said the job was not agreed upon and it was not completed. In the end, no professionalism, does not return calls, does not complete items within their own timeframes. Do not use.
