Feroze gave a great price and showed up when he said, worked hard and my roof and walls came out great. Before he started he said he was using a mix of chlorine and water on the roof. I asked about damage to my plantings and he said he would cover them not to worry. Turns out he didn't cover them and killed the plants. I've called and texted him and no response. Not a great price now that I have to replace the landscaping.
