COMPLETE MOVING & STORAGE CO

I truly hate to leave this review but I’m extremely unhappy with the lack of communication from the owner. While I may not be able to get my newly upholstered 50s diner booth repaired I would’ve at least expected an apologetic response from John. Nope, no response to my email about my damaged booth. I understand it’s been very hot and the movers have to work quickly. They’ve all been very polite but how does every side of a booth get damaged this badly!? Complete moving and storage has apparently been in business since 1993 and has a lovely website with photos showing furniture nicely wrapped in blankets. I guess that’s just for looks? Now, no response from the owner? I’ve spent close to $1000K with these guys. At least have the decency to acknowledge me after I’ve spent money on your business. It’s wrong and shady. On top of that while moving stuff around in our new house one of the movers place a coffee table on top of our leather couch causing the wooden legs to scratch the entire front of one of the cushions!! I will happily rave about your business if you treat me right, I even buy snacks and water for your workers because I care about people and this is the treatment I get in return. Things happen, stuff gets damaged but ignoring me is a different story. Go elsewhere if you value your belongings.
