SCAMMER. Does not even deserve one star. Long story short he claimed a busted pipe under our basement was the cause of our issues: over charge us for that, never pulled permits for that work, and shoved the dirt/mud from the under the basement into the pipe that goes out from the house. Now that pipe has endless issues and we've been dealing with sewer backups ever since (3 1/2 years ago). Honestly, deserves to be sued.

Called Austin’s rooter service to open a drain at one of my rental houses on Sunday before New year. Response time was good and he quoted $150 to snake the main drain. I asked him to give me 10 minutes heads up when he gets at the house. He didn’t call, instead the tenant called when he arrived. I was there 10 minutes later and Trevor, the owner’s father said he’s all done, snaked and opened the main all the way to the back of the property. I paid the guy. He requested I pay him cash because it’s a discount price, and left. On New Year’s Day, the sewer backed up again, when I called him, he said he would charge an additional $100 to come out to do what he was supposed to do the first time. After a few conversations, he agreed to come back the next day to complete his job. The following day he no longer accepted phone calls or returned texts. I had to hire another plumber who only charged me $125 and spent 1 hour and 1/2 to do the job and he’s done it right. CONSUMER BE AWARE! AUSTIN’S ROOTER Service are unreliable and scammers! Stay away from them☹️

Took a job, said it would take a day but he dragged it out over two weeks- an hour here and there... The finished product leaks constantly and the work is terrible. When I asked him to come fix the leaks (on projects we’ve given him $10,000 to complete) he unleashed a string of profanities at me.
