Rodger took half my money up front and did not complete the job. Now he will not return calls or emails. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend. I definitely feel taken advantage of and scammed. I give zero stars

Did a really poor job, didn't complete work as promised. Took my money and disappeared. Beware of this contractor. He seems like a very nice guy at first.
