Rodger took half my money up front and did not complete the job. Now he will not return calls or emails. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend. I definitely feel taken advantage of and scammed. I give zero stars

I rarely do this, but I am extremely upset with this company. They advertised on facebook that they were available to put up shutters prior to Hurricane Irma. I spoke with the owner, and he scheduled the work. I told him I was speaking to other companies, but he assured me he would handle it. He scheduled me for two days before the storm came, and he was supposed to arrive in the morning. That day, he kept telling me he was delayed, and he finally showed up late that night. He said he was exhausted and could not do the work that day, but he said he would be back first thing the following morning. He kept assuring me he would do the work. The following day, he texted me that he was delayed. After that, no more contact. He did not respond to calls or texts. At that point in time, it was too late to find anyone else to do the work, and he left my family and home in danger. It is one thing to be unreliable and unresponsive in terms of a home improvement. It is another to continually assure someone in a disaster situation, and string them along until it is too late to find anyone else. This is practically criminal. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!
