We have a 2nd floor bedroom and were considering moving but found the options to be expensive and thought that adding a ground floor master suite with new bathroom and spacious closets was a great solution. Most contractors we spoke to were either terribly unimaginative or inexperienced. Finally we bumped into an old neighbor who referred us to Randy @ RHT. Randy really helped us from everything from design to navigating local building ordinances. He helped us select all the finishes and even helped us source great materials such as tile and master bath cabinetry, that really brought the project together. Most importantly we were thrilled about the finished addition to our home.

We were looking to do some updates to our home and were eager to find a builder that shared our vision. We found Randy @ RHT-design and construction in Deerfield. Randy talked us out of a few expensive changes we were considering for our home and guided us to some better and less expensive options. For example we were considering using calacatta marble for our countertops and instead choose a less expensive, more durable and equally beautiful quartz countertop. The change saved us lots of money and heartache. Randy and his team provided great guidance but also stayed on time and within budget. We would definitely use RHT-design and construction again.
