Three hours breaking our wall and concrete floor and then they got a better tool. Put in a cut off switch closer to house when we didn’t ask for it. We had a ding in one pipe, but they replaced another pipe too- breaking into the wall with the wrong tool but deny that. Dug a hole much deeper than needed. Hours added of labor when their fault but we paid for it anyway. Never again. Sent a message to them through Facebook with no answer. Left us with two buckets-ours- of concrete debri. What do we do with that?
