D&D Concrete LLC

Devin of D&D concrete has a signed contract with my significant other. He was supposed to install a concrete patio for us with specific completion dates. All dates were ignored, and we were lied to several times. We contacted the concrete company and they verified that Devin was lying to use about rentals, time frames, etc. We also had to pay his bad debt with a bobcat rental company which is why they wouldn't give him a bobcat. We have emails from the company stating that as well. Devin currently has $6500.00 of MY money and never completed the job. He dumped some gravel in my back yard and never came back. He has been contacted dozens of times and when he did respond, he just sent more lies and vulgar messages. He also has several people on his Facebook page who also have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. I will be filing a police report and suing if my money isn't returned.

Our experience was terrible. Still the work is not complete and Devin has chosen to keep my 7500.00 deposit. I asked many time for clear and concise communication and was consistently disappointed. We currently have "some stone down and a heap of stone in my driveway. NO CONCRETE. Devin probably has great skill, he certainly seemed to talk concrete very well. He has absolutely the worst customer service skills. Which I didnt need necessarily, but could have used. One Sunday morning, after he had a guy quit on him the day before while on my project, he told me he would be at my house by 9AM, at 10, when I asked when he would come? He told me he would be there when he got there and that trailers were hard to hook up. I asked if he was still coming and his response was. " Todd i got this man I said i was coming. Trailers arent always easy to connect. Im leaving Delaware now. Or tell me to stay home. Its hot out." What kind of crap it that. This was exactly one hour after he said he would be here, and still did not arrive until 1PM. We got a ton of rain and this seemed to overwhelm him, I asked if we needed to halt the project and just pay for the stone that was in my driveway and he has yet to respond since then. Devin has chosen to kill my project and keep my money. I made several attempts to reach him and he has never reached back out. It has been 10 days since our last communication. I dont recommend D&D Concrete. Not because they dont do good work, but because they dont work at all.
