I did not have a good experience with this business. This was my first time using them. I called for service and was told they would have someone call me back. No one ever did. I called two more times before I could get someone to respond. They scheduled a time to come out, but did not show up. I called back, they rescheduled and on that day I was waiting all afternoon but they did not show. I called them and they said they were in Sherman, right by us, and that they could come on over. I had a pressure gauge to be installed on my pump. All they had to do was screw it in and look at our light in our pool to see why it was not coming on. They were at my home less than 15 minutes, screwed in the gauge and told me that I would have to upgrade to their $500 light fixture. I then later received a bill for $160.00 in the mail for labor. This has been a very frustrating attempt to establish a pool repair service for our pool. When I called to ask if the $160.00 was correct, they simply said yes and were not very nice about it, acting as if I was bothering them. They do not seem to care about customers or customer service. I would not recommend them.
