Saga Glass

Alex with Saga Glass sent out someone to measure. Alex then came out and double checked the measurements. The glass arrived and was installed only to find out that they put the towel bar holes way too low. There is insufficient room for the towel to hang on the towel bar due to the counter top below it. I complained. They said "we were not to know". I said the counter top was clearly visible when you and your employee both measured. They said it is not their problem. There is a solution which is to install an offset towel bar but they will not pay for it. My suggestion is to use another company. Find Someone that makes sure the install is correct and takes responsibility for the end product.
