Modern Farmhouse | Aug 2015 | A Modern Farmhouse comes to life with the help of our designer Cassy, along with KGA Studio Architect Paul Mahony, AIA. They totally redesigned this 4000 sq foot ranch which was built in the 1960’s. It had plenty of space but was low slung and chopped up and very dark and dated. The homeowners, Matt and Alissa Joblon, wished for open-concept living , which is so popular now. | Greenwood Village, CO

Denver Condo with European style | Jun 2011 | Elegance and romance was the theme for this Denver Remodel The French have always been at the forefront of European design - gold leaf, detailed ornamentation, luscious animal skins and sparkling chandeliers “incorporating the gold” Inspired by a top-notch art collection, this Denver condo pays homage to European elegance and romance. The homeowner fell in love with the piece of art that’s hanging in the dining room. We used that palette to pick the iridescent silk for the dining room chairs and the lavender crystals that hang from the chandelier. We gravitated toward reproductions of Louis XIV, XV, and XVI because those periods of design have stood the test of time We chose high-end French reproduction furniture that was just the right size to frame the art visually. We had fun mixing contemporary and classical art - some pieces are framed ornately, some more simply, some are merely canvases. | Denver, CO
New York Apartment | Apr 2008 | The stunning contrast of the dark wood floors, stark white walls and red accents create an entry that makes you pause and enjoy! “Red wood stain and the herringbone pattern of the floor planks.” — Clean and sophisticated! Notice the red wood pillar in the center of the room. This is a supporting steel beam that we had to work with. We created a custom bar that creates function when open and is a sophisticated architectural detail when closed.
