This company made me feel as if I was hated on due to lack of growth and being racist was shown from the Boss and the people I was working with. Lenny didn’t give me all my hours working for the company 1 year & 9 months. He only gave me 1 year of experience and only label me as a helper. I needed my hours counted So I can take the State Exam. But he refused to help me. The is a example to hold a Black Man Back from success and it is unfair and bad business
