Rolling steel door at lumber yard. Customer called after employee drove into door with fork lift causing slates to be bent. We had to dismantle door guides, move down the curtain, straighten bent slates and bottom bar, reassemble door guides, and test and adjust operator limits.

A car dealership contacted us with a commercial sectional door problem. The business owner tried to fix himself but only caused more damage: some of the sections fell off or got further bent. We were able to service the customer the same day and get his door operational again. We replaced broken hinges, reset the counterbalance, and hammered the dented steel sections back into place, enough for the door to roll satisfactorily on its guides. We had new sections in the same enamel finish delivered overnight, and installed them the following morning.

At 7am we responded to an emergency call. the wife called drove back into the door wasn't paying attention, the door opener was closed while the car was in motion blame on kids for closing it, repaired bottom section, straightened track, reinstalled torsion cables, reset counterbalance and reinstalled door operator and tested functionality. we had the parts on site so the whole job took 2 hours, door was working but new sections had to be ordered at later date
