ONE COMPLAINT OUT of 100+ CUSTOMERS for OVER 13+ YEARS of SERVICE. Obviously something false,inaccurate, and a state of slander here. I have not had a complaint in all 13+ yrs. of business. This customer was and is extremely difficult and bitter. In any Remodeling project there is always a chance of a contingency involving unforeseen conditions or when the homeowner takes upon themselves to purchase wrong materials for job, when it is the contractors responsibility and knowhow of what will and will not work. Which in this case pro longed project and involved extra fabrications, labor and time, all which involve an extra cost, especially when customer was over budget and deposit fee for project was already exhausted due to the altered conditions which were brought to homeowners full attention verbally and in contract. This particular home owner was a customer of mine for over 6yrs. Possibility of homeowners personal situations were reflected onto myself and project.
