Mr. Augustine has been an Inspector since 1993., He became a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in 1996, and has done more than 5000+ Home and Building Inspections. Before becoming an Inspector Russ was in the Building trades for almost a decade, and has 'Hands On" Experience some Inspectors may not have. Russ was on the ASHI-GLC BoD of 6 years, was the Public Relations Chairman, passed the ASHI-GLC "Inspector by Review" program, and then was awarded the ASHI-GLC "Master Inspector by Review" designation by his Peers after passing the review process. Mr. Augustine is an "Old fashioned, nuts & bolts" type of an Inspector and is not afraid to get "Down and Dirty" on his Inspections. He remembers what Customer Service is all about and only does one Inspection a day so he is not hurried or rushed to get to another Inspection.
